19-Let's just say I'm really cool

Today seems very strange. I'm bundled up, but it still seems freezing in here. I think, perhaps, this might be aided by the fact that anything I touch today seems to be freezing on the spot. I haven't ever experienced anything like this, but if anyone needs to freeze something, then I'm your man.

I suppose if I shout "freeze, scoundrel" it will have a completely different meaning. Ah-hah.

Speaking of which, any of you that knew him, Doctor Horrible is back in the City. He's laying low, for now, but I'll be sure to keep an eye on him. Horrible, today I'm like the freeze ray you always wanted to build, but never could. Perhaps I should pay him a visit.

[OoC: He's the ideal hero and perfect man in his mind, but he's just too much, and he's cold on the inside. *analyzed this too much* Also, finishing up my final paper, so backdating. /surprise surprise]

I can't imagine they do. I mean, what would be the point? Although I'm not sure about how the E.L.E. works it. But who cares?

Well, that way they'd know if they want to do a supervillain team up with another villain.

I suppose. Although they tend to be loners, you know? Outcasts from society, not good people skills. That sort of thing. That's why they're villains.

Really? I've had one or two in my day. But I think some of them were teams to start with. Like Bait and Switch. Or was it Switch and Bait? I assume your encounters turned out for the better?

Yeah, for the most part. I mean... sometimes people get killed, but we win more often than we don't.
