"You have had experiences with heroes before?" It sounded as though he had. But on which side of them? "Well, then I suppose you're prepared for the City." He may not have any idea where Omega was, but it wasn't like he was going to tell him that.

"Saving the galaxy, eh?" He listens to what he's saying, and understands maybe half of it. He gets enough of it, though, to ask, "When did you say you were from, again?"

He then mentally curses that he's been in this place long enough to be sort of used to asking that question. Or that he's had to meet anyone from another world or time period at all. It shouldn't be like this. He hates this place.

He started calmly walking away, until he heard that last bit, when he started walking faster. And then faster. And then decided to pick up a run. A fast run, that is. A faster run, certainly. Possibly super-faster.
