So soon after his plan was foiled, and then muttering angrily about it? Hah! It would be all too coincidental for him, were it the case.

Perhaps, but it's probably worth considering before jumping straight to public accusation. Have you checked the Hall?

The Hall? He's quite sneaky. It's entirely possible that he, you know, made it look like a perfectly ordinary hall. It hasn't been beyond him to do something such as that before.
