[OoC: I came up with Lord Chisel while 'helping' my friend during an assignment, a.k.a. bothering the crap out of her, and was like 'must use this in a curse.' Action for anyone in Square, IDK why I kept mentioning horses, and GDIT I wish I could transfer how it sounds in my head onto this post.

He just has to be left there fully intact and in frog form so that Rosella can get him later. Unless Hammer runs into Penny while she's carrying him home, depending on what Veda wants to do.
