Attached to this transmission, I'm including a bill for equipment that you damaged during this incident, as well as for medical costs my employee suffered at your hands.

Hopefully, we can deal with this amicably, and can put this whole mess behind us.

Of course, if you wish to dispute this claim, I'm perfectly willing to discuss this matter with you.
